Having left the JCPR house in the penultimate week of October following my month-long internship, I had the pleasure of receiving a call last Friday asking for my services for further four weeks. I’m thrilled to be back and can’t wait to get stuck in again.
As I was settling back into the daily grind of reading papers and generally getting back on top of the news agenda I realised that my re-call into the world of PR comes at a time when two of the greats are also making their, albeit probably longer awaited, comeback: Eddy and Patsy are soon to reappear on our screens with a new series of Absolutely Fabulous to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the programme.
While marvelling at this coincidence I found out that Eddy and I also share some similarities – we are both working on London 2012 Olympics, we both have a penchant for the glam-life and given the amount of birthday celebrations in the office, I’m pretty sure I could get used to having a glass or two of bubbly a day as staple..!
